The European Court on Human Rights has also dealt with the topic of associated discrimination. In the cases Guberina v Croatia and Skorjanec v Croatia, the court ruled in favour of the plaintiffs and established a jurisprudence on associated discrimination that agreed with the ECJ on many points.
