In the case CHEZ v Komisia, the energy supplier CHEZ  Razpredelenie Bulgaria AD filed a complaint before the administrative court of Sofia (Adminstrativen sad Sofia-grad) against the decision of the Bulgarian commission for protection against discrimination (KZD), which held that Ms Nikolova was indirectly discriminated against because of her location in a district of Rom*nja majority.
